Come off it, Alf! You should grow up. What are you, a builder or an architect? There are four basements being extended on our small square. The disruption is horrific....even worse than what Mrs. M is describing. We have years of this noise and nuisance ahead of us. Why should we all suffer loss of our aminity so that our spoiled neighbours can give themselves more space? It's terrible.
The planning authorities should start taking note of what's happening to the quality of life in Chelsea.
